Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped very quickly, same day or next business day. But may take up to 2 full business days once payment is confirmed. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We ship orders via FedEx Ground or 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air depending on the options you choose at checkout. Orders packaged on or around a federal holiday may experience additional delays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We follow FedEx and UPS policies in the rare event an order is delayed or lost. For additional questions or concerns please contact our support team!

Shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation by the carrier or claims will be denied. We will not accept reports of lost or mishandled shipments if the carrier shows delivered and 7 days have passed.

International Shipping

We offer international deliveries to most countries with a 1-3 week time frame. Vials arrive via local mail.

Minimum quantity per peptide: 10 vials.
